Top 10 Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2012 - Actually a lot more than 10!

Confessions of a Bookaholic, A Life Bound by Books, Fiktshun & Two Chicks on Books have put together a year end Top 10 of 2011 event.

Today's Top 10 is "Top 10 Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2012"!

I'm not going to even try to narrow it down to just 10!

Instead I'll do some categories of book I'm looking forward to and try to keep them below 10!

2012 Sequels  I'm looking forward to:
First off I just read the 2012 release Pandemonium so here is hoping I get an ARC of Requim in 2012!

Hex Hall #3 - Spell Bound by Rachel Hawkins

The yet to be title Matched #3 by Ally Condie

Wings #4 - Destined by Aprilynne Pike

The Dark Divine #3 - The Savage Grace by Bree Despain

I'm in the middle of Divergent and loving it! So I'm sure Insurgent by Veronica Roth needs to be on this list.

Unearthly by Cynthia Hand

A Beautiful Dark by Jocelyn Davies

Where She Went by Gayle Forman

Hourglass by Myra McEntire

The Girl of Fire and Thorn by Rae Carson

  4. Totally ten picks. :'D

Everyone who suggest otherwise is obviously not in their right mind.

And I can't say anything, because there are so FEW books and I don't want ANY of them. ;p

    Happy New Year!!

  5. Great picks! Instead of commenting on how awesome each of these are, I'm just going to tell you that you really, really need to read Incarnate by Jodi Meadows as soon as it is released, because I have no doubt it will be on a whole lot of Top 10 lists by the end of 2012 - it was SO good!:)

  10. You're the second person I've seen who did a list this way and I have to say it was a brilliant idea! Thanks so much for thinking outside the box and for sharing some amazing books you're looking forward to. Many of these are on my list of I have my eye on.

    Thanks for participating!

  12. That's a lot of series! And I've read a few of them myself and am waiting for the sequel like you. As for the debuts, I didn't know Everneath was a debut! Silly me... And I'm reading Fractured Light. If you want you can stop by my blog in January and hear about what I thought about the novel.

  13. Wow, impressive list! Definitely looking forward to the fourth in the Caster Chronicles series - Stohl and Garcia are doing such an amazing job with them. And of the debuts, hugely excited about the Selection.

Having just read an ARC of Sam Hawksmoor's debut The Repossession I'd highly recommend that if you're looking for some incredibly exciting sci-fi, by the way. (Not that you seem to be struggling for ideas on what to read!)
